I came in the week and I was very very short on time. The lovely lady serving was so helpful and efficient in processing my packages that I was able to continue with my day successfully! Honestly, had she not helped me, I would have been so stressed!
Thank you so much!

How was it even delivered to the postoffice. How do I collect my post. Is there only one person that works here? Does it need different management because this could have been fixed yesterday.

Went to pay in a large cheque, waited in line for 20 minutes, when I got to the front they provided me with a bank envelope but no paying in slip.
The assistant told me they don’t provide those and I needed to bring my own from the bank (why wouldn’t I just pay it in at the bank if that was the case?), then the other person working there told me I DIDN’T need a paying in slip and he’d been doing it for 5 years.
When I asked him if he’d ever had any problems he said, “it’s your choice sir” which didn’t exactly answer my question.
I tore up the paying in envelope with my bank details and left. Having been given two conflicting pieces of advice by the same post office I don’t think I’ll be back; their responses didn’t exactly fill me with confidence, and I’m not willing to potentially lose several thousand pounds because two different post office employees gave me conflicting advice.
I’m sure it’s a great place you’re dropping off a parcel, buying stamps, or looking for a last minute card of some sort though.
